We roast to order, so a bag leaves the roastery within one business day of the order — never off a shelf.

## What it costs

Subscriptions always ship free, whatever the order is worth.

## Where we ship

The United States and Canada. Canadian orders clear customs as roasted coffee with no duty under CUSMA; allow one extra day at the border during December.

## Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it is handed to the carrier. Signed-in customers can also just ask the assistant "where is my order" and it will read the current status, the carrier and the expected date straight from the order book.

## If it goes missing

If tracking has not moved for three business days, tell us and we re-roast and re-send the order the same day — there is nothing to prove and nothing to fill in.
